Abstract: Single cell data has the potential to describe the heterogeneity of a tumour. This type of data could lead to significant advances in the information available for game theoretic approaches, both spatial and non-spatial. In this talk we will investigate some types of single cell data which are now becoming available and some of the potential difficulties and pitfalls of working with such data.
